How it Works

Hire Equipment for Your Event in 5 Simple Steps!

1. Choose your equipment and fill out the ‘Get a Price’ form or send us an email for free, expert advice.

2. You will receive a quote specifying the details and availability of your order.

3. Confirm by email and the equipment will be booked in your name.

4. Your order will be ready to collect or delivered at the confirmed time (more info below).
You will be provided with an invoice/receipt at the point of transaction.

5. You have a great time using the equipment! You return or we collect at the end of the hire duration as agreed.

Delivery & Collection

We offer a convenient, professional delivery service including free set up and sound check by a qualified technician.

Delivery within Liverpool is £30. Delivery outside of Liverpool is £50.

Collection within Liverpool is £15. Collection outside of Liverpool is £30.

 

Our delivery service is optional.

We are located in Liverpool L3 on the dock road if you would like to collect and return the equipment yourself
(there is no charge for this).

Payment & Deposits

We require the fee + £100 deposit in cash on delivery or in advance. You will be provided with a full invoice/receipt at the point of transaction.

Cash is preferred. BACs and paypal are also accepted in advance. Digital invoices are also available by request.

We require your bank account number and sort code for the return of your deposit, which will be transferred to your account via BACS within 2 working days of collection. (Your details are confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.)

If you are booking more than 2 weeks in advance and you would like to pay a holding deposit then you can. This payment will double up as your damages deposit.

Prices listed are all-inclusive.
