How it Works

 

1. Browse the site for the equipment you require or call our friendly staff for expert advice.

 

2. You will be provided with a quote specifying the details of your order with your unbeatably low price!

 

3. Once you are happy with your order, simply confirm via email or phone and the equipment will be booked in your name. If you are booking more than 2 weeks in advance then you may wish to pay a holding deposit. For more information on deposits, see ‘deposits’ (below).

 

4. When the date of your hire arrives we will deliver and set up the goods, also sound checking the equipment & demonstrating its proper use to the appropriate persons. Payment (fee + deposit) can be made on delivery or before hand. You will be provided with an invoice / receipt at the point of transaction. We require your account number and sort code to return your deposit (see ‘deposits’).

 

5. You have a great time using the equipment! We collect at the end of the hire duration. Within 24 hours the equipment is thoroughly checked and – provided there are no damages – your deposit is returned via BACs.

 

Delivery

We are proud to offer an efficient and cost effective delivery service.

Delivery is entirely FREE to addresses within the L1, L2, & L3 postcode areas.

If the delivery address is outside L1, L2 or L3, then delivery is charged at 25p per mile (+ tolls where applicable) so you can rest assured that you are still getting an unbeatably low price.

With PA Hire’s delivery service you also get the equipment set up and sound checked for free by a qualified professional.

Our delivery service is OPTIONAL. If you prefer to collect and return the goods yourself, then you can do so at no extra cost. We are based off New Islington, just a stone’s throw from Liverpool Lime Street.

 

Payment & Deposits

We require the fee + £100 damages deposit in cash on delivery or in advance. You will be provided with a full invoice / receipt at the point of transaction.

Cash is preferred. BACs and personal cheque also accepted in advance. Digital invoices are also available by request.

We require your bank account number and sort code for the return of your deposit, which will be transferred to your account via BACS within 2 working days of collection. (Your details are confidential and will NOT be shared with any third parties.)

If you are booking more than 2 weeks in advance and you would like to pay a holding deposit then you can. This payment will double up as your damages deposit.

Prices listed are all inclusive. PA Hire is NOT a VAT registered company.
